The MR-JE series servo system covers a range of models from MR-JE-10A to MR-JE-300AS, with each model optimized for different power requirements and application scenarios. Whether it’s small-scale automated equipment or large-scale production lines, suitable MR-JE models can be found to meet the needs.
The MR-JE series is divided into three sub-series: A, B, and C. Each series differs in interfaces and communication protocols. The A series primarily uses pulse/analog interfaces, suitable for traditional control applications; the B series introduces optical fiber network communication technology, improving the reliability and speed of data transmission; and the C series further supports Ethernet communication protocols such as Modbus-TCP, making system integration more flexible and convenient.
MR-JE-A has a built-in positioning function, which can achieve the positioning and operation of point setting, table browsing, and program mode. At the same time, it also has advanced functional groups such as simple cams, encoder tracking, and the ability to achieve high-performance equipment.
MR-JE-B with a fiber optic interface, different from MR-JE-A’s pulse port. It is generally controlled by Mitsubishi’s dedicated PLC, such as QD77MS LD77MS, RD77MS, etc.
MR-JE-C supports the servo system network SSCNET IH, which can achieve high response speed, multi axis, improved synchronization performance, and nodal line of the system. In addition, the encoder inside the servo motor can also be used as an absolute position encoder, thus forming a simple absolute position detection system.
