MR-JE-B with a fiber optic interface, different from MR-JE-A’s pulse port. It is generally controlled by Mitsubishi’s dedicated PLC, such as QD77MS LD77MS, RD77MS, etc.
MR-JE-C supports the servo system network SSCNET IH, which can achieve high response speed, multi axis, improved synchronization performance, and nodal line of the system. In addition, the encoder inside the servo motor can also be used as an absolute position encoder, thus forming a simple absolute position detection system.
The MR-JE-AS is a high-performance servo drive introduced by Mitsubishi Electric, featuring the following characteristics and attributes:
Advanced One-Touch Tuning: Users can complete servo adjustments with a one-touch operation without complex computer settings, significantly simplifying the tuning process.
Vibration Suppression and Robust Filter: The system automatically adjusts mechanical resonance suppression filters and vibration suppression control filters, effectively inhibiting low-frequency residual vibrations of the equipment itself.
Wide Voltage Range: The servo amplifier supports power supply voltage inputs of three-phase AC200V or single-phase AC200V, making it suitable for various power conditions.
High-Precision Encoder: Equipped with a high-resolution magnetic encoder, such as 131072 pulses/rev (17-bit), it achieves high-precision control.
High Efficiency: Utilizing a dedicated engine, it achieves a speed frequency response of up to 2.0 kHz, enhancing equipment cycle time.
Energy-Saving Design: By effectively utilizing renewable energy through a large-capacity main circuit capacitor, it reduces unnecessary energy consumption.
Regarding specific parameters like rated power, rated speed, rated torque, voltage, and current, as MR-JE-AS is a series, specific parameters will vary across different models. For instance, the rated output of MR-JE-200AS is 2KW, but these parameters will change for other models within the MR-JE-AS series, such as MR-JE-10AS. Therefore, specific numerical values cannot be directly provided, but the aforementioned characteristics apply to most models in this series. The MR-JE-AS series servo drives can be paired with various Mitsubishi servo motors, with the specific model depending on application requirements and system configuration. For example, the MR-JE-10AS drive is often used with low-inertia HJ-KS13 servo motors. Applications include but are not limited to: machinery equipment industry, automated production lines, automated assembly lines, smart manufacturing, automotive manufacturing equipment, and machinery for daily necessities.
Reducer Pairing
In scenarios requiring reducers, the size and type of reducer for MR-JE-AS series servo motors are typically selected based on specific load and speed requirements. The choice of reducers includes spur gears and helical gears, with the specific selection depending on torque, speed ratio, noise, and efficiency requirements in the application.
Spur Gear Reducer: Relatively simple in structure and high in transmission efficiency, it is suitable for situations with less stringent noise requirements.
Helical Gear Reducer: Offers higher transmission accuracy and lower noise, making it suitable for situations requiring high precision and low noise.
Advanced one click tuning: No need for a computer, one click operation can complete servo adjustment. In addition, it can automatically adjust vibration to resist robust filters
High resolution encoder: equipped with 131072PULSES/REV (17BIT) incremental encoder, achieving high-precision equipment.
Increased transient stop tolerance: Equipped with transient stop TOUGH DRIVE function and large main circuit capacitors, reducing shutdown losses caused by transient stops.
