Advantage of DL 1: Connection via open field networks significantly reduces wiring labor hours
When connecting multiple sensor amplifiers, a substantial amount of wiring labor is typically required. However, with the DL / DL-RS1A / DL-EP1 /series, apart from the main unit power line for the amplifier, no additional wiring is necessary, thus reducing wiring labor hours. There is no need for complex assembly of cables or terminals. When replacing or adding sensors, it can be easily handled with just a single communication cable required to connect the computer or PLC to the DL/DL-RS1A series.
Advantage of DL 2: Simplifies the processing of various data through communication with the field network
Judgment results can be obtained, sensor measurement values can be read, input/output can be controlled, and settings can be changed via a PLC or computer. The status of sensors can be confirmed on PLCs or computers, making it easy to detect issues before abnormalities occur. DL-RS1A / DL-EP1 Settings can be altered through external devices such as PLCs or computers, which shortens changeover times.
