WLE40 mini planetary gearbox is mostly used on 50w and 100w servo motors, it also could work on any other device which can be mounted. We are using Japan’s NSK & Germany FAG bearings, good bearings are basic guarantee for reducer life.

Description:
(1) Reduction ratio (i=Nin/Nout)
(2) Reducer backlash is measured under the force of 2% rated output torque T2N.
(3) Maximum allowable radial force/axial force: when the 1 stage output speed 100 rpm, 2 stage output speed 50 rpm, and the 3 stage 10rpm, the allowable radial and axial forces measured at the center of the output shaft (1/2 shaft) .
(4) The noise value is measured at rated input speed 1N=3000rpm, also no load.
(5) Reducer life is the time of continuous operation under rated load.
(6) Motor size: different motor will matching different adapter, however, our company’s reducer can be installed with any motor.
(7) Moment of inertia: refers to the inertia value required to start the input of the reducer. meanwhile, the sample input shaft diameter is Ø14.
